Dear Residents,

Many of you have asked for a form letter to write to our politicians to urge them to act to keep our Community affordable in light of the looming Local Law 97 & 38 requirements that we have to comply with and the heavy penalties associated with not complying by a certain time. Below, please find the template that you can use to reach out to your local officials.

In addition, many of you have asked for a list of politicians and their respective contact information. Further down this page, you will find that list.

If you would like to have the template letter emailed to you in Word format, please reach out to the Management office at (718) 898-7022 or management@bigsixtowers.nyc and we will forward it to you. This letter will also be added to the BuildingLink database, so you can access it from there as well. If you have not signed up for BuildingLink yet, please contact the Management office to do so.
