Re: SCRIE Workshop
Dear Shareholders,
If you plan to attend the SCRIE Workshop in the Community Room of Building 2 on Saturday, July 19, 2025, from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM, HPD requests that you bring the following documentation for each household member to help ensure a smooth and efficient process:
1. A completed SCRIE application
2. Copies of valid identification
3. Copies of 2025 Social Security award letters
4. Copies of 2024 Federal and State tax returns
· Note: If any household member over 18 did not file taxes, they must call 800-908-9946 to request a proof of non-filing letter from the IRS.
5. Copies of 2024 1099-R forms (for proof of pension income)
6. December 2024 bank statements
7. Proof of all other income, such as unemployment benefits, veterans’ benefits, etc.
In addition, there will be SCRIE applications available at the event.
