Proxies

As of yesterday at 5;30 PM we were short 11 proxies for a quorum. if you have not submitted a signed proxy please do so. We will continue to operate with the current board until we reach a quorum. After consulting with the law firm regarding the lack of a quorum, the current Board will continue to serve until either a quorum is reached or until the next annual meeting.

Please submit a proxy if you have not done so.  The Board is going to be missing one person as Board member has declined to continue to since his term was up in October.
