Dear Shareholders,
This memo serves as an update following the power outage experienced on Saturday, June 14, 2025. The electricians have identified that the issue may be originating from the Key Food supermarket’s electrical panel. To continue the investigation and isolate the cause, the electricians will return, Monday, June 16th, to conduct further testing. In order to locate the electrical short, power must be temporarily restored to the Key Food store so the electricians can test the panel under a live electrical load.
The testing is scheduled to begin at 1:00PM on 6/16/2025. There is an increased possibility that restoring power to Key Food for this test could lead to another temporary power outage.
To ensure everyone’s safety, all elevator service will be suspended 30 minutes prior to the beginning of the testing period.
If you rely on electric-powered medical equipment, please ensure you have a backup power source available during the testing window.
Once testing is complete and it is safe to resume normal operations, management will notify all shareholders through Building Link by phone call and text message.
