Opening of Big Six Towers Studio and 1-Bedroom External Waitlists:
We are pleased to inform you that the Mitchell-Lama Studio and 1-Bedroom external waitlists will be open from October 3rd, 2024 through October 24th, 2024.
If you or someone you know is interested in applying for these units, please ensure all applications are submitted within this period. Detailed instructions and applications will be available online on the Mitchell Lama Connect website, and will be available for applicants to begin applying on, Thursday, October 3rd, 2024. You can also find the advertisement in the following newspapers: AM NY, Daily News, World Journal, and El Diario. Attached, you can see the ad that will be posted.
