OneCallNow

The Board of Directors has engaged OneCallNow to provide emergency notifications to all shareholders.   With maximum participation of shareholders,  we would be able to notify the shareholders of the affected building of the current status,  and to let everyone else know of any complex-wide consequences of any given situation.  This program is available on an opt-in basis.  Some 300 shareholders have submitted contact information for us to enter into the notification system.  We encourage all shareholders to fill out the OneCallNow forms and submit them to the management office.  These forms are available in the mailrooms,  from the Public Safety Department,  and  at the management office.
