Heating System

The Board is endeavoring to correct the issue with the lack of or overheating within our community. We had an outside consultant test the reliability of the steam traps and elements at the end of tube radiators in some apartments. The Board will met soon with this consultant to have cost analysis of parts that need to be replaced. We will deliver more info as we receive it either here or at an information meeting.
