Re: Change in Exterminating Company Update*
Dear Shareholders,
Management would like to inform all shareholders that effective May 1, 2025, Standard Pest Management will begin providing extermination services at Big Six Towers. This change comes as we transition away from our current provider, Colony Pest Management, whose last day of service will be April 30, 2025.
Standard Pest Management will operate on the existing schedule: Thursdays, as well as the first and third Saturday of each month. We’re pleased to share that they come highly recommended, with a strong reputation for reliable, high-quality service. We are confident that this new partnership will bring a thorough, professional approach to pest control throughout Big Six Towers.
This change was made in response to a recent increase in service costs, and we believe this move will maintain service quality while keeping expenses in check.
If you require extermination services, please contact the Maintenance Department at 718-606-6148 to be added to the extermination list.
