Re: A Car Elevator Update
Dear Shareholders,
Management would like to provide you with an update regarding the A car elevator. The A car elevator has been temporarily taken out of service due to a concerning loud noise. Following an inspection by the elevator company, it appears that the motor in the elevator machine room may be the source of the issue. As a result, the motor may need to be removed and sent to Nouveau Elevator for immediate repairs. Please note that these types of repairs may take approximately two weeks to complete.
In the meantime, we have requested the elevator company to conduct a thorough inspection of the B car elevator and perform any necessary maintenance to ensure it remains fully operational.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding as we prioritize safety. We will continue to keep you informed with any updates from the elevator company as they become available.
