Re: Building 6 – ‘A’ Elevator – 3rd Update
Dear Shareholders,
Management would like to provide you with an important update regarding the ongoing repairs to the ‘A’ car elevator. Management has been in constant communication with Nouveau Elevator, and unfortunately, we have encountered another delay. The bearings that were initially sent by the manufacturer were incorrect, which has further postponed the repair process.
However, the correct bearings are expected to arrive early next week. Installation is scheduled for next week, and we anticipate that the elevator will be fully operational shortly thereafter.
We sincerely apologize for the continued inconvenience this issue has caused and appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to resolve it. Please know that we are making every effort to complete the repairs as quickly and safely as possible.
