Dear Shareholders,
As you are all aware, a couple of weeks ago we had a generator that failed in the power plant that caused the complex to lose power. The generator was sent out and we just learned yesterday afternoon that the repair will take a minimum of 6-8 weeks after they receive the parts (windings that caught fire).
I want to stress the importance of energy conservation during this heat wave and the remainder of the summer, but also the necessity of checking your medical back up equipment, if this pertains to you. Please make sure that your equipment is properly working and charged on a periodic basis.
In addition, we are looking into a rental external generator to assist Big Six’s needs for the duration of the summer, while the repair is being made.
Once again, I can’t stress enough the importance of conserving to minimize the risk of another power outage.
