Hello Shareholders!

Hopkins Drugs will be in the Community Room on Wednesday, November 2, 2022 between the hours of 2:00 P.M. to 5:00 P.M.,

Hopkins Drugs will be here administering the flu shot (including the over 65 flu vaccine), as well as, boosters from both Pfizer & Moderna.

 If you wish to participate, please contact the Management Office at (718) 898-7022 by Monday, October 31, 2022 to add your name to the list.

Also, be sure to fill out your information beforehand, by scanning the QR code in the attached memo. Please make sure to fill out your insurance portion so that your carrier is appropriately billed. Please be sure to bring your identification and health insurance card with you.
