The Board members will be given an opportunity to speak uninterrupted throughout the duration of the meeting. We will allow for shareholder interaction by opening the meeting to questions in the last segment of the meeting. Questions can be typed into the Q&A section of the Zoom Webinar platform by those shareholders who are logged into the Zoom meeting by video link. We also ask that questions be limited to one per shareholder so that everyone has the opportunity to be heard.
