Big Six Towers 2025 Board of Directors Elections Reminder & Update
Dear Shareholders,
This is a reminder that the deadline to submit your Declaration of Candidacy for this year’s Board of Directors Election is Friday, September 5, 2025, by 5:00PM.
As part of the rehabilitation loan process with HPD and HDC, all Board members (current and newly elected) will be asked to complete a disclosure form after the Annual Meeting. This includes a background check using Social Security numbers for verification, which HPD requires as part of the loan process. We want all candidates to be aware of this requirement before deciding to run.
