Please be advised the carrying charge increase approved by H.P.D. to begin in April 2023 was inadvertently left off your bill prior to the printing of your April 2023 statement.
Please discard the statement that you just received. You will be receiving a corrected one in the manner in which you have chosen to receive your maintenance statements. If you do not receive your statement by April 1, 2023, please contact the management office and we will have it sent to you.
