Annual Meeting Quorum not Met

The Board of Directors urges that any household who has not submitted a proxy please do so.  The number of proxies needed was 468 and we fell short by 59 proxies. We now need 58 proxies to complete the process. You can drop the proxy off in the Mgmt office during business hours or the Public Safety office 24/7. You have the ability to vote for any number of candidates ranging from 1 to 3. You can also just sigh and date the proxy and vote for no candidates. We urge those who have not submitted proxies to please do so.
