ACES Laundry $15 Authorization Hold!
Hello all,
We want to address a concern regarding the $15 credit authorization hold that some residents have experienced when using the new ACES laundry room machines. This hold applies ONLY if you use a credit or debit card to directly activate the machines.
To avoid this inconvenience, we strongly encourage everyone to use the ACES laundry card instead of a credit or debit card to start the machines. You can reload your laundry card as needed, and by doing so, you will not encounter the $15 authorization hold.
