Notice of Upcoming Soil Sampling Activities

Dear Residents,

As part of the planned Capital Improvement Project at Big Six Towers, we would like to inform you that
preparatory work for upcoming electrical system improvements will begin next week.

Beginning Monday, July 13th, 2026, workers will be on-site throughout the property, taking soil samples
where future digging and electrical work will take place. This work is part of the planning and preparation
process for the upcoming electrical infrastructure improvements.

• There will be some noise from the equipment used to perform the sampling.
• No access is required inside any of the apartments.
• Work will be isolated to the exterior of the buildings and cellar only.

Work Details:
Location: Throughout the property
Start Date: Monday, July 13, 2026
Duration: Approximately 4 weeks
Working Hours: 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday each week.

Please note that residents may see workers walking around the property and marking designated work areas
during this time.

improvements for our community.
