You may have noticed a large group of individuals on the property today. These individuals were part of a walkthrough for general contractors who are preparing bids for the upcoming capital improvement projects associated with the HPD/HDC Rehabilitation Loan.
We apologize for any inconvenience or disturbance this activity may have caused and appreciate your patience and understanding.
Please be advised that general contractors may be visiting the property over the coming weeks to conduct similar site inspections and evaluations as part of the bidding process. There is no cause for concern, and these visits are a normal part of the planning and procurement process for the rehabilitation project.
