SIDEWALK SHED (SCAFFOLDING) REPAIRS & MAINTENANCE NOTICE
Dear Residents,
Please be advised that, weather permitting, Platinum Services, the sidewalk shed company, will be on site to begin maintenance work on the existing sheds throughout the property starting Friday, May 29, 2026.
These repairs include work related to the structural integrity of the sheds, as well as the repair and/or replacement of protective netting and other shed components.
As part of this work, certain sections of the sheds or netting may temporarily be removed while repairs are being completed.
We would like to make residents aware of this activity in the event you observe ongoing work in these areas.
Please note that this work is being performed to help ensure the continued safety, stability, and integrity of the sidewalk sheds and their components throughout the property.
