Please take notice that the 2025 Annual Meeting of Big Six Towers, Inc. will be held on Thursday, October 23, 2025 at 7:00 p.m. by video link and telephone conference call.
Don’t forget to drop off your ballot by Thursday, October 23rd by 11:00 A.M. in the lockbox located in the Management Office. The box pick up is at 11:00 A.M.
The meeting will be conducted on the Zoom software platform. Shareholders are encouraged to visit the Zoom website so that the software can be downloaded in advance of the meeting at zoom.us. Such software can be installed on desktop computers, laptops, tablets, and smartphones that contain built-in cameras or have external cameras attached. You can also access the QR code provided.

The purpose of the meeting will be to elect three directors for a term of three years and to transact any other business in accordance with the agenda.
