9/22/2025 Brief Power Outage
Dear Shareholders,
At approximately 6:55PM yesterday, the entire Big Six Towers complex experienced a brief power outage.
Our power plant team conducted an immediate investigation and determined that the incident was likely caused by a mechanical overspeed on the RPM sensor for natural gas engine #1. When engine #1 dropped its load, the remaining engines were unable to fully support the demand, resulting in the temporary outage.
The team is continuing a thorough review to confirm the cause and ensure that no other issues contributed to the event.
