Re:              2023 Board of Directors Elections Update

Please be advised that the election company, AAA, notified us that Big Six has not yet reached Quorum after they collected the lockbox on Tuesday, November 28, 2023.

The numbers that have been collected are:

  • 467 signed reply envelopes received

We need to reach 485 to make quorum, we are 18 votes short.

If you have misplaced or did not receive a ballot, please call the Election Company at 1800-529-5218.

YOUR SECRET BALLOT MUST BE PLACED IN THE GRAY BALLOT ENVELOPE OR YOUR VOTE WILL NOT COUNT.
